Hedgewitch's are solitary creatures and as such there is not much information and guidance out there for the people who are drawn to follow this path, I am continually approached by people looking to explore the path of the Hedgewitch and so have created this journey for those who wish to take their first steps with a guiding hand.

 

As lone practitioners each Hedgewitch does so in their own way, drawing on traditions and wisdom that have been passed on or learned and working in a way that adds their own unique flavour to the core practices of the path. The Birch path is an introductory course following 13 cycles, through in person workshops and rituals and online gatherings and self study exploring the following aspects of practice -

Our in person sessions will take place in February, May, October and early in the following February (with an option to join extra festival celebration gatherings) interspersed with online sessions and self directed study and practice which is supported by a number of worksheets and videos.

 

In person sessions will be held at various venues around North Devon. This course is offered as a stable foundation for your practice that you can continue to evolve and grow, should you wish to further your study with me The Ash Grove will deepen your knowledge and explore further aspects of the craft.
