Service Description

Reiki is Universal life force energy channeled directly from source and as such doesn't recognise human constructs such as time and space which means it is as effective when delivered remotely as it is in person using the power of intention and openness to receive. Intuitively channeling and directing the energy to you the recipient, at various points in your physical and energetic bodies clears and transmutes any blockages within your systems and fields and removes any cords or attachments you need to release and activating a period of healing. To immerse yourself fully and receive the most benefit from your session, you will need to set aside an hour in which you can relax deeply. Create yourself a warm, comfortable space and if you require a playlist of healing frequency music this can be sent to you. At the time of your booking I will contact you to discuss any issues you may wish to focus the session on, once the session is complete please allow yourself around 30 mins to fully integrate the energy and any guidance messages you have received, you may wish to journal these. You will then receive an email with details of my observations and any guidance I received to support you with your journey. Please note you will be required to fill in short health questionnaire before your booked time.
