My energy healing sessions are intuitively guided to offer a deeply relaxing experience, bringing a sense of deep rest and calm, easing stress and tension. I incorporate Crystals, healing frequency music and scent are chosen in accordance with each client's specific needs to clear blockages and bring the client's system back to harmony on a physical, emotional & spiritual level. Energy healing is a powerful, regenerative treatment that works by connecting to universal life force to clear blockages and transmute energy that is creating symptoms of dis-ease or obstacles in your life; restoring your bodies physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Sacred Flame Healing
Sacred Flame is the energy that Mary Magdalene and the Priestesses that came before and after her work with. It is a strong, pure energy that goes deeply into the system to bring healing and insight to the recipient, helping to restore equilibrium and guidance for the recipient's healing journey.
Everyone has a slightly different experience but generally following a treatment you will have a deep sense of wellbeing and calm and feel thoroughly relaxed or invigorated and energised and leave with an extra spring in you step.
Whatever your experience, the feeling that Sacred Flame instills lasts long after the treatment has ended and continues to work subtly on your whole wellbeing at a deep level.

Sacred Oil Healing

Sacred plant oils have been used since ancient times by specially attuned Priestess', more commonly known as Myrrhophores to offer a deeply healing therapy following the traditions that originated in the temples of Ancient Egypt. These sessions work deeply on the emotional level offering guidance and support during life’s big transitions and support you in making necessary changes.
We work with the energetic frequency of the oils (not the scent) to clear, balance and heal, each sacred oil works with different emotions and offers it's on gifts making them highly effective at shifting stuck emotions and bringing insight to longstanding emotional issues that you are ready to release.
Following a consultation where you will identify the focus of your healing, oils are chosen intuitively by yourself and Sarah to work with during your session. You will be guided into a state of deep relaxation using breathwork and visualisation, ready to receive the healing frequency of the oils in your energy field. Sarah will use her intuition and guidance from the oil to direct healing energy to the areas that need clearing and balancing to assist you in moving forward before gently guiding you back to your body.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the appointment time will not be charged and offered a rescheduled time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% if notice is given, 100% if it is an appointment no show. If I have to cancel your appointment then you will offered a rescheduled appointment that best suits you, if this isn't possible then a full refund will be issued
