Oats are a skincare hero, especially for very dry and or sensitive skin helping the skin retain moisture by supporting the lipid barrier, gently removing old skin cells, improving the dryness and roughness of skin and helping to reduce skin inflammation making it ideal for treating inflammatory skin conditions
